For the new players who don't know how to train defence.

Right guys, when you go to start training type in ::pure, this will give you all the combat skills level 99 except defence. For defence, click on the iron scimitar to equip it and for attack styles, choose defence, after that click the whip and resume attaking (by the way, men, as NPCS in train, drop 25m per kill).

we can do ::pure now eh?
